The concept of Modern Meditation
Meditation is a centuries old concept, but one of more relevance than ever in our modern age. Modern Meditation combines a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques, with the aim of giving you the tools to maintain your own meditation practice after any courses or workshops, so you can decide what suits you. There's no secret to this - anyone can meditate! Meditation has been shown to reduce blood pressure and resting heart rate, increase immunity, make us feel more relaxed and improve focus and concentration - so why not meditate? We offer meditation teaching, courses and workshops in Bristol and the surrounding area.
Workshops/classes can be arranged for companies (whether in-house or in a separate venue), or for groups of like-minded individuals or friends. These can be tailored to your needs, such as an introductory workshop, to learn more about meditation and mindfulness, and to help with goal setting and creating a sustained home meditation practice, or themes such as meditation to music, or stress relief.
If you'd like to arrange a meditation session, we have just 8 people in each class, to allow time & space for reflection & discussion.

Meditation - Individual tuition
Individual tuition is potentially available in Bristol, but venue hire costs will mean this costs more than group teaching.
